Malham Chapel Open Day 23rd March

We thought we would let you all have an update of how the renovation of Malham Chapel is progressing.

We began the work earlier this year and are now beginning to plan the Rededication Service and open day.

It has been a long hard process but everyone involved has worked hard together which has really helped.

The builders Brewsters and the architect Sheila Overton have been wonderful, very thorough, helpful and patient.

The Malham Chapel Development Group have spent long hours discussing and planning each step.

We believe it will have all been worth while, as I hope you all agree, when we invite you all to our open day which we aim to hold in the not too distant future.

We have made interesting discoveries along the way, including a huge Herons nest in one of the tiny windows high in the roof.

We have attached some photos of the progress so far.

Hope to see lots of you at our open day on the 23rd March from 10am till 4pm.

Everyone very welcome, there will be members of the development group there all day to answer questions.
